I studied printmaking at Phillip Institute in Melbourne, graduating in 1981. I concluded my academic qualifications with a Master of Arts from Southern Cross University in 1995.
I have mounted solo exhibitions regularly since the late 1980s, firstly at Niagara Galleries in Melbourne and more recently with grahame galleries + editions in Brisbane who continue to represent me. My work has been included in numerous group exhibitions nationally and internationally. In 1995 I won the Fremantle Print prize with SOLOMON, a digitally produced seven-volume artists book. I have works in the collection of the National Gallery of Australia and the Australian National Library, Canberra as well as in many State and Regional Galleries.
I hold the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at Southern Cross University following a twenty-five year career as an academic. I am now working full time in my studio where I am continuing my investigations of place and landscape through printmaking (including digital prints), and drawing.
